Wedding of Robbie and Emma on 18 August 2018

On 22 September 2018, Klaus received the following e-mail from Emma:

Dear Klaus,

No, we've seen your messages, but we've not been home since the wedding to sit down and write the glowing response your testimonial would deserve. We've written some notes, but would like to do it justice as we're so pleased with the job you did.

I hope you'll appreciate that we're in Leeds supporting our best man with his first gig in a band tonight, but will certainly give you a glowing review as soon as we can sit down together.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend too.

Best wishes,

Emma

On 20 October 2018, Klaus received the following email from Emma and Robbie:

Dear Klaus,

Hope you are keeping well.

Please see our testimonial below:

Klaus was an absolute professional from start to finish. He was very clear on arranging all the details in advance and was in touch with us via email and text, as needed.

Although we had some commonly used hymns on the day, he tackled them beautifully and brought some lovely sounds out of a small and relatively aged organ. It brought a tear to the brides' eyes.

He uses initiative well and during a short interlude when the church microphones weren't working for the reading, he 'bunged' in some music to keep the guests entertained. At the end of the service he played until the very last guest had left the church.

He arranged his own transport from London to Evesham via train and booked well in advance to keep the cost of the travelling expenses down.

He arrived early to familiarise himself with the organ which made it seem from all accounts that he was an expert local organist.

He is a very experienced and charming man who helped to make our wedding day so very special and stress-free.

Best wishes,

Emma and Robbie
