Dear Klaus,

Thank you for coming to play for us last Sunday, and for making the service run so smoothly.

Our liturgy, running on without any announcements, can be quite daunting for visiting organists, but you were absolutely on the ball, ready with everything at exactly the right moment.

This, I know, is partly down to your wide experience of all sorts of liturgical traditions, but was also due in no small part to your meticulous preparation, both in advance and on the day, and for this we are really most grateful.

We look forward to having you with us again in March, and very much hope you will be able to offer us some more dates after Easter.
