Dear Klaus,

It was wonderful to meet you last Thursday, and I am glad that you were pleasantly surprised by our organ. I think it's important to keep these wonderful instruments singing as long as possible.

'Klaus played sensitively and beautifully for the funeral we had last week. I particularly appreciated how he arrived early enough to practise so he did not disturb the family. He asked all the right questions, and he was a calm and reassuring presence throughout the service. I would highly recommend him.'
